How can I cancel my order?

Most items can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact the owner if there are any questions.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If there are any issues with your order upon receipt, please contact the owner as soon as possible.

With natural product items, variances in color, grain patterns, etc will occur, and do not denote the product being incorrect.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Exchanges are possible with the exception of Custom or Commission products. Please reach out to the owner with any questions regarding an exchange as soon as possible post receipt of your order.
